What is design/build? Design/build is the strength of our company which creates a single contract between the owner and builder for the design and construction of your project. This process allows us to evaluate your desired results through a feasibility study while being attentive to costs as it relates to your investment. Upon completion of the feasibility study and your acceptance of the budgetary parameters, we will initiate the
schematic design phase.
